The Geocel 2300® Construction Tripolymer Sealant is a single-component, high-performance elastomeric sealant designed for a wide variety of roofing, trim, architectural metal, manufacturing, underdeck systems, solar roof systems, and general construction applications. This advanced sealant offers exceptional elongation and flexibility, ensuring durable performance without cracking. It adheres to many building surfaces, even when damp, and is compatible with asphalt shingles, coated steel (Kynar 500® based finishes), concrete, vinyl, steel, and other common roofing substrates. Available in 10 standard colors and crystal clear in a clear plastic cartridge, the sealant is paintable, UV resistant, and mildew resistant when cured. Its non-stringing formulation allows for easy application and cleanup, with no maintenance required.
